The location was lovely and amazing, just off walk along the sea front which takes about 15/20minutes, Brixham or Torquay and the comfortabe Conservatory with drinks from the well stocked bar and easily accessible. Went to The Old Manor for drink or two, set within easy walking distance of the hotel.

The breakfast with crunchy bacon. Great location in Paignton, close enough to a quiet sandy beach between Paignton and Torquay and Paignton town centre and train station.

Thank you everyone for a fairly nice stay on vacation. Particularly good and stunning location - an easy walk to everywhere we needed. And it was a 10-15 minute walk from Quo Vadis, ate there couple of times.

Nothing to complain about, it was dope! The breakfast was freshly prepared and savoury and the place was impeccably clean. Our room was well decorated with nice touches, coffee machine, as for instance. The restaurant was pleasant and the staff were very amiable and extremely friendly.

Small family run hotel.

Immaculately clean property with very friendly and welcoming staff. Airy and modern room provided with stunning views and the binoculars. Commercial area, comfortable location, close enough to the sea front which takes about 15/20minutes, the beach and promenade and the West Indian restaurant which was very good food indeed. Would recommend to everyone.

Every single thing was perfect. The room was fairly quiet with lovely decor and the staff was polite. The hotel was in a gorgeous location close to the railway line, the seafront and Paignton Harbour.

The rooms were airy and neat with smoke detectors for our safety. It was in a lovely and amazing location always on hand to share knowledge of the area.

The staff were kind of rude, didn't expect that coming.

The room was impeccably clean, reasonably priced and with nice touches, lovely decor, coffee. The food was well presented with a good choice of options. The location was marvellous, for example, a grand old Victorian pier was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

Freshly prepared and tasty breakfasts, can't be beat.

The hotel is good small and well-organized and nestled in an extremely clean building. They offer spotless, airy rooms with a magnificent view, beautiful views and the shower. The food is superb. Lovely and incredible location as it's and really close to the lovely conservatory, promenade and the bus station. I will be returning here soon and recommend to friends.

Recently renovated place with a spectacular view. The staff - affable and welcoming. New-fashioned and airy rooms, comfortable beds. Comfortable location so close to Paignton Harbour and town centre and train station in a commercial area. Few metres away from Hollicombe Park.

A little small bathroom.

The rooms are luxurious and stocked and complete with milk, nice touches like the binoculars, beautiful views. The location is good and stunning as it's near to Brixham in one way, and Paignton sea front.

Its staff was polite and welcoming. The location was gorgeous - very close to Brixham in one way as well as local transport.

Polite staff, amazing views of the sunrise, everything is perfect. The rooms are luxurious with best bathrooms and have a smart interior. The breakfast was very very good, we really enjoyed a huge variety of meals.

The breakfast was tasty and fantastic - a good choice of dishes. Everyone was nice and welcoming.
