Had a great time with friends! The room had an amazing sea view, and we enjoyed exploring the National Marine Aquarium. The breakfast was served with excellent service every morning, making us feel at home.
The only downside was the limited dining choice. the menus could use a bit more variety.

The Deluxe Double Room with Sea View offers stunning panoramic views of the ocean that you won't forget. This place nails cleanliness, with well-decorated rooms making it a cozy spot to relax after a day's adventures.
No lift access here, so be prepared to tackle some well-lit stairs, although they're more like your typical household staircase. Plus, I found the dining options somewhat limited. if you're looking for variety, the choices felt a bit sparse. I also noticed a lack of convenient spaces for toiletries in the ensuite, which made organizing a hassle. Lastly, the initial chill in the room upon arrival took some time to warm up, creating an uncomfortable first night.

fine sea views, cozy conservatory area, well-stocked bar
Rooms facing the railway can be noisy!!! Limited flexibility with breakfast hours could feel restrictive!!! There are fewer amenities compared to larger hotels that might disappoint travelers expecting more!!!

The hotel offers its own parking, making it easy to arrive without hassle. Rooms like the Brixham Harbour Room, neat and finely decorated, come stocked with fresh milk for tea and coffee, a detail that adds a touch of home.
The breakfast situation fell flat with the continental spread featuring subpar cereals and tiny portions of jams. Opting for a cooked breakfast incurs an additional charge of £5, which feels a bit stingy since the room rates suggest otherwise. Showers in some rooms, such as Room 10, lack power and have quaintly small cubicles. A low ceiling by the window might give some a feeling of claustrophobia, and those preferring firmer mattresses may not find the Tempur options to their liking. Check-in isn’t until 5 PM, limiting afternoon flexibility for those keen to settle in sooner.

Had an awesome time with friends! We loved our stay, and the views were incredible. We explored the National Marine Aquarium, which was a highlight. The breakfasts were delicious and filling. a great spot for a getaway.
One downside was the limited dining options – just a tapas selection, which was a bit pricey for what you get.

Perfect romantic getaway!
We had an amazing three-night stay. The room was spotless and the sea view was stunning! Loved the little touches like fresh cookies and a flask of milk. Peter and Ruth were super welcoming, made us feel right at home. The only thing was the breakfast menu was a bit confusing with all the choices. totally recommend this place!
